3rd - 6th Grade Circuit Training

Saturday’s  10:00AM – 11:00AM

March 2 – March 30
5 Week Package

Designed for any player who wants to learn the basic fundamentals of basketball. Focuses on beginner level ball-handling, passing, and shooting drills. Whether you have been practicing for a couple years or never touched a basketball and want to, this class is for you.

Includes:
–  3 sets of stations where players will spend 10 minutes at each (X2 Rounds)
–  3 groups of players (5 in each group) with one coach per group!
–  Beginner-Advanced level (stationary+moving) ball-handling drills using Handle Fitness + weighted basketballs to enhance ball skills.
–  Beginner-Advanced level lay-ups, floaters, and passing drills using resistance for game scenario skills.
–  Beginner-Advanced level shooting. Will focus on proper mechanics, close-midrange shooting drills, and tips+drills players can use at home for improvement.

Designed for any player looking to take their game to the next level. Our focus is on advanced ball-handling and shooting drills. This class is perfect for players looking to improve their game before the start of AAU season!
